Thank you for supporting 2KnowMusic! We want you to love every item you order. If something isn’t quite right, our policy below explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for most items.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In original condition (no stains, deodorant marks, odors, or damage)

  • In original packaging when possible

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-returnable items include:

  • Digital products (e.g., downloads)

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items marked “non-returnable” on the product page

If you need another size or color, we offer exchanges at no additional cost (one exchange per order).

Return Process

To start a return, email us at support@2knowmusic.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you’d like to return or exchange

  • Reason for the return

Once approved, we’ll send you a return label.

Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect:

  1. Email support@2knowmusic.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include photos of the item and packaging.

We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you whether the refund is approved.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our end.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company

  3. Contact your bank

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color:

  • Request an exchange through support@2knowmusic.com

  • Once your return is received, we ship the replacement immediately

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.

Because many of our items are printed to order, cancellations after that window may not be possible.
